Keeping Active Outdoors in Welwyn Garden City - W10 Personal Training Gyms

We all know how much you love spending time at W10 Welwyn Garden City and we love having you with us in the gym, but with summer here its time to get outdoors (whilst keeping active of course) and boost that vitamin D.

The best-known benefit of sunlight is its ability to boost the body’s vitamin D supply; most cases of vitamin D deficiency are due to lack of outdoor sun exposure
