Where to find us

We’ve been proud to provide industry-leading fitness training for over a decade. We opened our first gym space under the Westway in 2009. Today, we have have multiple facilities in the UK.

Personal Training

Fit your training around your life. Our PT sessions run six days a week on the hour from 6am to 9pm on weekdays and from 7am to 3pm on Saturdays. That means you can choose from up to 14 time slots a day.

Our inclusive group classes are a fun and intense way to focus in on a specific area of fitness. Running alongside your personal training programme, we’ll carefully compile a timetable of classes to support your individual goals.
