Hybrid is a team training class we run at W10 that combines movements and cardiovascular exercises that get your heart, muscles and lungs working at the same time.
This class is catered for all levels of ability, so whether you’re a total beginner or you’ve experience in the gym, you will have no problem fitting in and working within your own limits.
So there’s no need to worry about not being at a certain level, hybrid is suitable for everyone.
