    After an incredible trip to Ibiza earlier this year, we’re excited to announce that we are going to be running the fitness retreat again in September 2018.

    Set on the hills of s’Estanyol near Talamanca, we’ve booked out the same luxury five-bedroom villa with pool and rooftop training space (the images say it all).

    The Destination:

    The Training Places Villa is a new, modern Villa situated on the hills of s’ Estanyol near Talamanca with a fantastic view over Ibiza Town.

    Rooftop Fitness:

    Programming will delivered by our own Personal Trainer/Club fitness professional or there will be an approved Training Places PT.

    Group PT sessions will delivered 2 x per day (1 in the morning and 1 in the early evening). The content and length of sessions is bespoke and will be discussed and pre-determined with the instructor prior to us arriving.

    Your Stay:

    Our own personal Chef will be on-site at the Training Places Villa throughout each day.

    Also, the structured fitness programme is complimented with a bespoke additional activity programme. We have scheduled your 2 x rooftop group fitness sessions to be delivered pre-breakfast in the morning and pre-dinner in the early evening.

    Mid-morning & afternoon periods can be spent relaxing by your private pool, visiting the beach, exploring the island or participating in additional activities such as hiking, water sports, cycling etc.

    Places will be limited to 8 people @ £1,500 each which is inclusive of all meals, accommodation and the fitness sessions.

    After the success of the last one, places will go quickly – first come first serve basis.

    The payment will be in 4 instalments (£375 each)

Set up in 2009 by founder Jean-Claude Vacassin (a regular health and fitness contributor to the Daily Telegraph) the W10 Performance gym is located in West London at 202-208 Kensal Road, London W10 5BN. W10’s Gym memberships offer personal training, nutrition advice, yoga, boxing, HITT and other functional fitness classes. They also have physio and sports massage practitioners onsite.
