It will improve both your strength and cardio fitness, while also improving flexibility, blood circulation and overall conditioning.
HOW TO DO IT
Begin in a high push-up position with your weight supported by your hands, and up on your toes.
Keeping a straight back, drive one leg towards your body, by bringing your knee in towards your hip. Bring it in as far as you can, while keeping your lower back in a neutral position.
Explosively reverse the positions of your legs, straightening your bent leg and resting it on your toes, while bringing your other knee in towards your hips.
Repeat in an alternating fashion for 30-60 seconds.
