Everybody starts their W10 journey with our 30-day trial. It’s your chance to experience our unique approach to fitness and membership. Whether you decide to train in one of our gyms or online, you’ll get to know us and how the way things work before you make a longer commitment. For us, it’s an opportunity to learn about you, your body and your fitness goals. And, hopefully, it’s the foundation for greater things.
We want everybody to able to join us, but we also want to maintain a comfortable, efficient gym environment. We normally release around ten trials a month, so we can keep our capacity to under 250 members.
You’ll receive a body composition analysis and full movement screening to help us define your goals and plan your individual programme.
You’ll get a tailored programme of Small-group Personal Training sessions with a dedicated expert coach.
You’ll receive comprehensive nutrition advice to complement your fitness programme and help you reach your goals faster.
You’ll get the same privileges as a full member, a choice of up to 60 classes a week, and all the benefits of our online community and resources.
World-class coaching is at the core of our approach. Our knowledgeable, experienced and friendly team of permanent of coaches will guide, monitor and support you from day one.
Your W10 experience can happen wherever you feel most comfortable. You’re always welcome at our west London or Haywards Heath gyms, but you can also train at home by taking part in our online sessions.

Next, you’ll select a date and time for your initial one-to-one evaluation session. And that’s you all set.
Following your evaluation, we’ll design a tailored training programme that fits with your lifestyle to help you reach your goals.
What Covid-19 precautions have you put in place?

What am I committing to when I sign up?
No long-term commitments. You’re just paying for one month, and that’s it. Think of it as a no-strings tester that’ll help you make an informed decision about whether our gym is right for you and which membership might suit you best if you do decide to carry on.
Do I have to be fit?
No. Our members vary in age and fitness level. Yes, you’ll see some super-fit people here, but they all started somewhere. Your fitness goal is unique to you. We’ll assess your current level, personalise your programme and take it at a pace that works for you.
What if I have aches, pains or injuries?
No problem. Many of our members come to us with injuries or life-related issues like joint niggles, back pain and post-baby abs. We’re not physiotherapists, but the team is highly experienced in creating programmes that work with, and ultimately improve, a wide range of conditions.
What if I need to miss days during the 30-day trial?
Don’t worry. If something comes up or you’re away for a few days, let us know, and we’ll happily extend the trial period.
What happens after the trial?
You’re free to choose. If you want to carry on and work with us to reach your fitness goals (80% of our trial members do), we’ll suggest the right membership option and programme going forward. If you decide that W10 isn’t for you, you can simply say goodbye. We’ll be sorry to see you go, but we accept that we can’t be all things to all people.
What if I register then change my mind?
You’ll get your money back. No hassle, no questions, no hard feelings. The thought of forcing anyone into fitness is our worst nightmare.
What are the ongoing membership costs?
Our membership prices start at £191 per month. And all our memberships include personal training, unlimited classes, gym access, dedicated coaching support, and the guidance you need to help you stay on track and reach you fitness goals.
Can I choose to do my trial entirely online?
Yes, where you train is up to you. You can choose to come to the gym, train from home or go for a mix of the two. And don’t forget our team training timetable includes sessions at our outdoors space as well.
Can I do a mix of in-gym and online training?
Yes, you’re free to juggle between at-home and in-gym sessions as you please. And don’t forget our team training timetable also includes sessions at our outdoors space.
