What is Group Personal Training? - W10 Personal Training Gyms

A survey reported by the BBC has shown more than 40% of adults in England have gained weight during the pandemic, with the average weight gain of half a stone. Snacking and comfort eating were considered the main contributing factors for this trend, with a spike in takeaway orders reported.

The impacts of this increase in body fat percentage go beyond aesthetics. Fat can build up around your vital organs, making it harder to fight against diseases and virsues.
