We’ve been proud to provide the West London community with quality fitness training for over a decade. We opened our first gym space under the Westway in 2009. Today, we have a 4,000 sq ft, state-of-the-art facility on Kensal Road, purposefully designed to deliver the best results for our members.

Personal Training

Fit your training around your life. Our PT sessions run six days a week on the hour from
6am to 9pm on weekdays and from 7am to 3pm on Saturdays. That means you can
choose from up to 14 time slots a day.

Our inclusive group classes are a fun and intense way to focus in on a specific area of
fitness. Running alongside your personal training programme, we’ll carefully compile a
timetable of classes to support your individual goals.
